📋 Description
• Prepare quotations and proposals for the sales team • Process orders and track them through to delivery • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date • Produce weekly pipeline and activity reports • Handle inbound client queries and route them to the right owner • Chase outstanding quotes and keep the follow-up rhythm going
🎯 Requirements
• Two or more years in sales support, sales admin or order processing • Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive • Confident written English for client-facing email • Strong attention to detail on pricing and order accuracy • Reliable home internet and a quiet space for UK-hours work • Experience with quoting or CPQ tools • Exposure to B2B sales cycles • Familiarity with basic reporting in Excel
