📋 Description
• Partner with leadership teams to deliver people strategies aligned to business objectives • Lead on employee relations matters including performance management and disciplinaries • Drive talent management, succession planning, and retention initiatives • Advise on UK employment law and policy interpretation • Lead organisational change projects from a people perspective
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience, ideally in a UK-facing environment • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices • Proven ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders • CIPD qualification or equivalent is advantageous • Reliable internet and a professional home workspace
