• Manage multiple creative projects from kickoff through final delivery. • Coordinate project timelines, priorities, and deliverables between clients and internal creative teams. • Lead client communication, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout each project. • Oversee creative calendars to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget. • Collaborate with senior creative leadership on marketing and creative strategy initiatives. • Support ongoing creative optimization for eCommerce brands and digital marketing campaigns. • Review deliverables to ensure quality assurance and alignment with client expectations. • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, designers, and cross-functional teams. • Identify project risks, manage competing priorities, and proactively resolve issues. • Foster strong client relationships while advocating for both client needs and internal teams.
• 5+ years of experience in a Creative Project Manager, Digital Project Manager, or similar role. • Previous experience working in a creative agency, digital marketing agency, or eCommerce environment. • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple creative projects simultaneously. • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including designers and marketers. • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities. • Experience with creative tools such as Figma, Photoshop, or similar. • Strong understanding of digital marketing and creative production workflows. • Professional-level English communication skills.
