⢠Lead CRM implementations ⢠Improve workflows ⢠Build actionable reporting ⢠Support client teams to ensure systems operate efficiently and support revenue goals ⢠Train users ⢠Troubleshoot issues ⢠Translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions
đŻ Requirements
⢠4+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting HubSpot and/or Pipedrive ⢠Show us examples of your best work (dashboards you've built, automations you've created, messy CRMs you've fixed) ⢠Strong verbal and written English. ⢠Solid sales, business, and marketing background, with a clear understanding of effective sales processes ⢠AI experience required, including prompt engineering, AI tool selection, and real-world implementation ⢠Comfort working in a client-facing role, leading calls, and presenting on camera ⢠Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical explanations
