📋 Description

• Maintain and monitor the license inventory, including documentation of license agreements and terms. • Ensure that all deployed software and system licenses comply with legal and contractual requirements. • Analyze licensing needs in collaboration with business units and the IT department. • Negotiate and conclude license agreements in coordination with Legal and Procurement. • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to reduce licensing expenses. • Provide internal advice and training to employees on licensing topics.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an IT business administrator, systems/informatics specialist, or equivalent. • Several years of experience in a similar role. • Proficient in using license management software and familiar with IT infrastructures. • Experience with software audits by major vendors. • Extensive knowledge of licensing law, IT management, and contract administration. • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken. • Strong analytical skills for assessing and optimizing complex licensing structures. • Negotiation skills and clear communication with stakeholders. • Team player with the ability to support other departments.
