📋 Description

• Responsibility for the financing process of heat networks (district heating) based on renewable energy sources • Preparation and review of financing documentation • Support of ongoing projects on financing matters and on-site point of contact • Independent assessment of financing plans and optimization of financing structures • Management of the reporting system for shareholders and lending institutions

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed training as a bank clerk (Bankkaufmann/Bankkauffrau) or a degree in Banking & Finance or equivalent • Solid experience in project financing, especially in renewable energy or real estate • Existing network in the banking sector is desirable • Analytical thinking and an understanding of complex financial structures • Independent, proactive, careful and structured working style
