• Central global point of contact for all transfer pricing matters within the RENK Group • Responsibility for ensuring compliance with national and international transfer pricing regulations • Preparation of the annual transfer pricing documentation for the German entities (Master and Local Files, including transaction matrix) • Support for foreign group companies with local transfer pricing documentation and advice on other transfer pricing (TP) matters • Technical support for M&A transactions (including post‑merger integration), restructurings and new business models with respect to transfer pricing • Further development and digitization of group‑wide transfer pricing systems, processes and policies • Independent handling of tax audits in Germany and support for foreign subsidiaries in cooperation with external advisors • Responsibility for Country‑by‑Country reporting (for tax purposes and future public reporting) • Build and further develop a group‑wide Tax Compliance Management System in the area of transfer pricing • Support the Head of Tax on international tax law projects
• Degree in economics, finance or law with a focus on tax, or a comparable tax qualification; certification as a tax advisor (e.g., Steuerberater) is an advantage • At least five years of relevant professional experience in transfer pricing, ideally in the tax department of an international company or at an international tax or auditing firm • Solid knowledge of national and international transfer pricing rules and a good understanding of business economics and controlling topics • Ideally, additional experience in international tax law • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Strong initiative, structured and independent working style, and ability to work under pressure • Team player with persuasive communication skills and business‑fluent German and English, both written and spoken
