📋 Description

• Independently lead (sub-)projects in automation and the process industry — from planning through to implementation • Lead and manage your own team • Project and quality management • Support and oversee complex projects

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience managing automation projects • Team leadership • Defining work packages • Degree in Electrical/Automation Engineering, Process Engineering or a comparable field • Basic knowledge of at least one distributed control system (DCS), process control system or SCADA system • Enjoyment and passion for project work • High degree of flexibility and ability to work independently • Customer orientation, strong negotiation skills, confident presence • Team player with good communication skills • Fluent German and English, written and spoken • Willingness to travel (approx. 30% depending on project requirements)
