📋 Description

• Responsible for qualifying, developing and continuously improving supplier quality and performance • Reduce quality costs within the assigned material groups • Support supplier inquiries, RFx processes and supplier selection • Support and develop suppliers on site (onsite) • Approve materials during project execution based on defined milestones • Conduct regular audits as lead auditor to ensure and improve quality • Work closely with Purchasing, Design/Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing • Continuously analyze and optimize internal and external processes

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent • 3–5 years' experience in supplier quality, preferably in mechanical engineering or the automotive industry • Proficient in SAP and MS Office • Certified auditor for VDA 6.3 and ISO 9001; AQAP 2110/2310 qualification desirable • Knowledge of quality planning methods (e.g., APQP, QFD, FMEA) • Fluent written and spoken German and English • Willingness to undertake regular international travel
