• Developing customer relationships through project recommendations, quotes and prompt follow-up of all sales opportunities • Thinking outside of the box to help customers find solutions using our products for their project needs / unique requirements • Meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals • Processing high-level organizational skills for tracking tasks to completion • Responding well while multi-tasking responsibilities • Interacting professionally with our customer base via chat, phone, and email • Communicating with the goal of assuring customers that their project is in good hands • Effective communication with team members to ensure all customer needs are met
• 2+ years of experience with renovation and/or construction project sales and customer service • College degree is preferred, but applicable experience will also be considered • Excellent follow-up skills for assigned responsibilities are a must • Proficiency in Excel, Word and NetSuite is required • Shopify experience is a major plus • Being a self-motivated person striving to go the extra mile • Ability to take full ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision required
