• Efficiently and effectively partner with hiring managers to establish and meet business objectives • Responsible for hiring and sourcing talent to fill open positions with quality candidates within established time frames • Responsible for setting expectations with business partners by driving accountability to strategically plan for workforce needs • Accountable for meeting key recruiting metrics with the goal of meeting established business objectives (e.g., time-to-submit, quality of hires, manager experience and satisfaction, etc.) • Collaborate with cross-organizational stakeholders to ensure quality of candidates and align on business needs. • Evaluate internal and external recruiting practices and market conditions to identify ways to continuously improve. • Build strong, collaborative, relationships with business leaders to aid in the continuous improvement of processes, maintain alignment of business objectives, and overcome challenges though partnership. • Responsible for accurate and effective use of the Applicant Tracking System to track the interviewing and hiring process and post jobs as needed. • Responsible for full cycle recruiting and/or specializing in a designated area of the recruiting process (I.e. sourcing, screening, consulting with hiring managers throughout interview process, etc.) • Take ownership of candidate experience by effectively managing job postings, job descriptions, meeting required SLAs, etc.
• Prior experience in full-cycle recruiting and Talent Acquisition • Knowledge of various sourcing techniques/tools • Ability to develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with candidates and internal teams • Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Experience with resume databases and ATS • Knowledge of recruitment and employment best practices and strategies • Knowledge and skill with behaviorally-based interview techniques • Skills and ability to assess candidates effectively via telephone or virtually • Key Competencies: Strategic and critical thinking skills, written and verbal communication, time management, organizational skills • Billingual in French is considered an asset
