📋 Description

• Be the go-to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities for the LATAM market. • Solve technical problems from day one after signature and guide them through technical questions about our system and solar and heat pump. • Leverage customer feedback to enhance our software, in close collaboration with our development team. • Continuously improve customer experience and help them day to day in calls and in our support chat. • Identify technical bottlenecks with customers and improve our solutions with the engineering team. • Strategically plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in B2B SaaS customer service or success • Technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering • Previous experience in the start-up ecosystem • Motivation to drive change in renewables and have a positive impact • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Spanish and English.
