📋 Description

• Respond to and resolve support tickets promptly, minimizing operational impact • Access and manage databases for queries, script execution, and troubleshooting • Unblock and manage process queues • Analyze source code to identify issues and resolve root causes • Automate processes and resolve support tickets to optimize workflows • Provide support for systems developed in Java, Node.js, and Python • Collaborate with development teams to ensure service continuity • Maintain and improve monitoring and support scripts • Diagnose and resolve issues, including implementing workarounds • Propose solutions to optimize resources, reduce computational costs, and improve performance

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Level 3 (L3) support or a similar role • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, and Kotlin • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud platforms offering similar services, including BigQuery, Spanner, GKE, Pub/Sub, and Storage • Advanced knowledge of cloud computing resources, with the ability to architect and optimize existing architectures • Experience processing large volumes of data • Experience creating, modifying, and using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps practices • Experience working with and querying databases using SQL • Experience with Redis, Grafana, and Airflow • Ability to run scripts and automate processes to resolve support tickets • Ability to read and analyze code to identify failures and bugs • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Proactive and organized, with a focus on results and efficiency • Preferred: experience working in the financial market infrastructure sector • Preferred: ability to work in agile and collaborative environments
