📋 Description

• Pick up and work cards independently • Own product features end-to-end, including technical design, implementation, automated testing, deployment, and production operation • Set and enforce the team’s code quality bar through architecture decisions, design patterns, code review standards, and security-by-default practices • Build and continuously improve the agentic engineering framework, including automated test generation, AI-assisted code review workflows, prompt engineering standards, and agentic runbooks • Mentor and coach engineers through pairing, code review, and direct feedback • Engage proactively with product managers on feature direction and engineering implications • Partner with QA to improve processes • Contribute to Slack architectural and design conversations • Deliver Traverse product features end-to-end while co-building the agentic engineering framework • Help establish technical direction and advance the engineering playbook

🎯 Requirements

• Full-stack capability across front end, back end, database, and CI/CD • Proven trajectory of daily, high-impact AI-assisted development using agentic tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot • Solid end-to-end expertise in C# (.NET) for backend • Expertise with frontend JavaScript frameworks strongly preferred • Test-first development, clean code, code quality, and consistent conventions • Strong database design and management proficiency • Direct PostgreSQL experience strongly preferred • Ability to contribute meaningfully to architecture and system design conversations • Demonstrated tech lead experience reviewing others’ work, setting engineering direction, and coaching the team • Ability to navigate across languages and frameworks with relative ease • React/TypeScript and PostgreSQL are strong advantages • Ruby on Rails or AWS experience is a plus • Strong written communication for design documents, code review comments, and architecture decisions • High autonomy and ability to surface blockers early • Availability aligned with EST, 8:00 am–5:00 pm • Bring Your Own Device (BYOD)
