📋 Description

• Design, architect, and develop scalable end-to-end features using Java, Python, and Angular • Collaborate with product, data science, and design teams to deliver intuitive, intelligent user experiences • Own and drive technical decisions from API design to deployment strategies, focusing on performance, reliability, and security • Lead code reviews, set engineering best practices, and establish a high-quality engineering culture • Work with DevOps to improve CI/CD pipelines, Azure cloud deployments, and system observability • Influence the product roadmap with deep technical insights during planning conversations • Build agent-based AI systems that predict and prevent real-world supply chain disruptions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years full stack engineering experience • Proficiency using AI tools such as Cursor, Devin, or Co-pilot • Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and backend architecture • Proficiency in Python, especially for microservices, API layers, or ML integration • Proficiency in Angular, RxJS, Material, and state management • Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture with Azure • Experience working in high-growth, agile environments with fast iteration cycles • Ability to balance technical leadership and hands-on coding • Bachelor’s degree or higher from IIT or other top-ranked schools • Experience with Python, Angular/React, AI/ML pipelines, data engineering, or MLOps is advantageous
