📋 Description
• Own product problems from discovery to delivery. • Frame business and user problems before proposing solutions. • Explore ideas using AI and interactive prototypes before refining designs in Figma. • Build alignment with Product and Engineering early in the design process. • Simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences. • Measure success through user outcomes, product adoption, and business impact. • Contribute to and evolve our design system.
🎯 Requirements
• 5–8 years of Product/UX Design experience. • Experience designing complex B2B or enterprise SaaS products. • Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and measurable product outcomes. • Expertise in Figma and modern AI-assisted design workflows. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
