📋 Description
• Own the design of complex product areas end to end, from a rough problem to a shipped, polished experience. • Take ambiguous, loosely-defined problems and make them clear. • Design across the full range of the product. • Partner closely with product and engineering to scope, design, and ship on tight timelines. • Contribute to our evolving design system and design for consistency and scale.
🎯 Requirements
• Significant, demonstrated experience designing complex, data-dense product experiences (B2B, enterprise, or other intricate domains) and making them genuinely usable. • Strong systems thinking and attention to detail. • Comfort operating with autonomy in ambiguity. • Clear communication. • Comfort with fast-changing, modern tooling, and genuine interest in how new tools, including AI, reshape the way design gets done. • A portfolio that demonstrates relevant work.
