• Handling inbound and outbound customer communication • Conducting outbound cold calls to prospective customers • Following up on invoices and payment collections • Supporting daily operational coordination and inventory tracking • Responding to emails and customer inquiries • Assisting with sales outreach and lead follow-up • Updating customer records and operational systems • Coordinating information across teams and locations • Supporting social media and marketplace outreach efforts • Maintaining accurate records and reporting
• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, operations coordination, or administrative support • Strong English communication skills • Comfortable making outbound/cold calls • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively • Previous remote work experience preferred • Professional and customer-focused attitude • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
