• Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and social media • Conduct outbound outreach via email, calls, and social channels • Introduce products/services and engage prospects effectively • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the sales team • Maintain accurate records of all activities in CRM systems • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies • Track and report on performance metrics and campaign effectiveness
• Minimum 1 year experience in lead generation, sales development, or telesales (preferably in SaaS or IT environment) • Fluent in Cantonese (essential) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Experience using CRM systems and lead generation tools • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Results-driven with strong organisational and time management skills • Comfortable with outbound outreach and engaging new prospects
