📋 Description

• Run several deployment projects at once, independently, from kickoff through go-live • Serve as the main point of contact for customer accounts, with regular updates • Own project administration, documentation, and coordination end-to-end • Manage project budgets, coordinate resources, and keep milestones on track • Prepare status reports, dashboards, and project summaries for internal and external stakeholders • Coordinate site surveys, equipment shipping, vendor coordination, and installation scheduling • Act as the first point of escalation for accounts and projects • Troubleshoot routine deployment issues and escalate complex issues with analysis • Manage equipment returns and RMA processes • Maintain documentation across RetailNext platforms • Generate accurate project quotes using established pricing models • Complete deployment checklists and update project tracking systems • Meet PMO KPIs and follow PMO SLAs • Document lessons learned and contribute process-improvement ideas • Coordinate approved installation vendors, review quotes, and monitor vendor performance

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of project management or coordination experience • Solid understanding of deployment processes • Working knowledge of SmartOps, Google Workspace, and project management tools • Basic understanding of retail technology, hardware requirements, and vendor management • Strong written and verbal communication • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
