• Partner with hiring managers across technical and non-technical departments to define role requirements and hiring priorities. • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across software engineering, product, data, compliance, client service, and operations roles. • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process — from job posting and outreach to interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination. • Source candidates through diverse platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and industry-specific networks. • Conduct thorough candidate screenings for both technical proficiency and cultural alignment with Retired.com’s values. • Build a strong pipeline of both technical and business talent to support future growth and hiring forecasts. • Partner with HR leadership to improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and employer branding initiatives. • Track hiring metrics and use data-driven insights to continuously enhance recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 3–5 years of recruiting experience, including **technical and non-technical roles** within fintech, SaaS, or high-growth startups. • Strong understanding of technical skill sets (e.g., software development, DevOps, data engineering) and familiarity with business support functions (e.g., marketing, operations, and compliance). • Proven success in sourcing passive candidates and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously. • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, Greenhouse, Rippling etc.
