📋 Description
• Analisar dados operacionais e financeiros, identificando desvios, tendências e oportunidades de melhoria. • Desenvolver dashboards, relatórios e indicadores estratégicos para suporte à diretoria. • Investigar causas de variações nos resultados e propor ações voltadas à eficiência operacional e otimização de processos. • Atuar em parceria com áreas internas, traduzindo dados em insights para tomada de decisão.
🎯 Requirements
• Experiência prévia com análise de dados, FP&A, controladoria ou áreas correlatas. • Domínio de Excel avançado e ferramentas de BI (Power BI, Tableau ou similares). • Forte capacidade analítica, raciocínio lógico e perfil investigativo. • Boa comunicação e habilidade para traduzir dados em insights claros para áreas não técnicas. • Perfil proativo, consultivo e orientado à solução de problemas.
