📋 Description

• Lead and develop supervisors, strengthening the team, ensuring process continuity, and developing talent. • Manage recruitment and selection, training and development, and personnel administration. • Coordinate the budgeting cycle, including budget and forecast processes. • Monitor financial indicators and support investment and return analyses. • Lead process automation, systems integration, and technology adoption initiatives. • Ensure action plans are implemented and aligned with management directives. • Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards. • Supervise tax routines and administrative controls. • Ensure compliance with legal obligations and the integrity of information. • Monitor the performance indicators of the areas under responsibility, identify deviations, and support corrective actions with leaders. • Serve as a link between management and operations, integrating departments and supporting the execution of organizational strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. • MBA or specialization in Business Management, Finance, Controllership, Strategic Management, or related fields. • A master's or doctoral degree will be considered an advantage. • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Looker. • Experience with process automation, systems integration, and technology solutions applied to management. • Knowledge of PDCA, SWOT, 5W2H, and process analysis. • Established experience in multidisciplinary leadership roles. • Experience managing teams and processes, and leading organizational and digital transformation projects. • Ability to analyze information and indicators to support strategic decision-making. • Understanding of the impact of operational processes and decisions on financial results and company performance. • Ability to develop teams, monitor indicators, and drive execution through structured management practices.
