📋 Description

• Leadership management: Lead and develop supervisors, strengthening the team, ensuring process continuity and fostering talent development. • People and process management: Oversee HR subsystems, including recruitment and selection, training and development, and payroll/personnel administration, supporting the company's growth and structuring. • Financial and strategic management: Coordinate the budget and forecast cycle, monitor financial indicators and support investment and return-on-investment analyses. • Digital transformation and data: Drive process automation initiatives, system integration and the use of technologies to improve operational efficiency. • Governance and compliance: Ensure execution of action plans, alignment with board directives and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting or related fields. • Postgraduate: MBA or specialization in Business Management, Finance, Controllership, Strategic Management or related areas. Master’s or PhD will be considered an advantage. • Technology and data: Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Looker, process automation, system integration and the use of technology solutions applied to management. • Management methodologies: Knowledge of management tools and methodologies such as PDCA, SWOT, 5W2H and process analysis. • Professional experience: Proven experience in multidisciplinary leadership roles, managing teams and processes and leading organizational and digital transformation projects.
