📋 Description

• Support daily financial operations; • Verify and enter information into financial systems; • Ensure the organization and updating of controls and processes; • Assist with monthly financial close and reconciliations; • Provide general administrative support across the company (process management, support for managers, internal and operational requests); • Support the finance manager with day-to-day tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in administrative/financial roles; • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.); • Experience with financial systems (ERP experience is a plus); • Understanding of cash flow, reconciliations, and financial routines; • Strong organizational skills; • Attention to detail; • Proactive problem-solving skills; • Ability to handle volume and prioritize tasks; • Good communication skills (especially for coordinating with other areas). • **Differentials** • Experience in technology or service companies; • Experience working with unstructured processes; • Interest in automation (AI, smart spreadsheets, etc.).
