• Proven SaaS Scale: 10+ years of leadership experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, specifically having scaled environments • Salesforce Architecture Expertise: You possess expert-level knowledge of Salesforce and its integration with the broader tech stack (Zendesk, Finance systems, Outreach). • Enablement Sophistication: You understand the critical distinction between product enablement and sales skill/framework enablement to drive peak performance. • Builder Mindset: You have a track record of operating without a net in lean environments, closing loops without being asked, and performing through instability. • Strategic Proactivity: You are not a reactionary operator; you possess the curiosity and confidence to anticipate business needs before they are escalated.
