• Identify and approach hotels, resorts, BnBs, and properties • Explain HotelX PMS in simple, practical, hotel-friendly language • Understand property needs and offer the right plan • Onboard hotels/properties — free onboarding is also a sales win • Provide initial training to hotel staff • Act as the first point of contact & support during early adoption • Ensure hotels actively use HotelX for daily operations • Drive trust, retention, and long-term usage • Convert free users to paid plans when value is proven • Maintain onboarding, activation, and usage tracking
• Graduate / MBA preferred (Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, IT) • 0–3 years experience in B2B / SaaS / Hospitality sales (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome) • Strong communication, demo, and training ability • Passion for helping people who can be benefitted with our products and services. • Willingness to travel locally when required. • Basic understanding of Saas + hotel operations is a plus
