📋 Description

• AP invoice review and approval • Purchase Requisition check and endorsement • Review supporting documentation for accruals, monitor the utilization and clearance of accrued expenses, and follow up with departments on outstanding accruals • Maintain and administer cost centers in the ERP system, including creation, modification, and deactivation • Update departmental expense reporting templates to ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting • Provide budget and rolling forecast reports according to local and HQ deadlines • Provide analysis reports as required by business and line leaders • Prepare monthly P&L consolidation for ESEA and perform entity-level profit forecasting to support tax planning • Prepare sales express reports to support sales forecasts by business teams • Prepare cash flow forecast reports as required • Manage transfer pricing and intra-group pricing • Perform other work required by line leaders
