📋 Description

• Lead DevOps transformation across the organization • Guide enterprise-wide DevOps transformation and establish maturity frameworks • Mentor teams on DevOps practices • Develop training programs and best practices for deployment and CI/CD tools • Design and implement Infrastructure-as-Code solutions • Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable software delivery • Integrate automated security testing into CI/CD pipelines • Maintain and monitor production environments with comprehensive observability solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years DevOps/SRE experience • 5+ years in cloud platforms (AWS) and GitHub • Expert proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools • Strong programming skills (Python, Go, Bash) • Proven leadership in technical transformations and team mentoring • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks
