📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm client appointments • Respond to general enquiries and provide helpful, accurate information • Capture and update client information accurately • Coordinate schedules and communicate appointment changes • Maintain accurate records using internal systems • Multitask effectively while maintaining high service standards • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a seamless client experience • Support US operations on rotating shifts between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM Eastern Time • Work weekends as part of the rotating schedule

🎯 Requirements

• Previous call centre experience is essential • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment • Excellent English communication skills with clear, easily understood speech • A professional telephone manner and strong communication skills • Good computer literacy and data-capturing skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to multitask and remain professional under pressure • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Must be available to start immediately
