âą Lead and facilitate onboarding training sessions for new hires/clients (e.g., BCBAs, RBTs, and administrative staff) âą Develop, maintain, and improve onboarding and training materials (SOPs, guides, videos, presentations) âą Ensure new employees are fully trained on internal systems (e.g., Rethink, scheduling platforms, communication tools) âą Conduct system walk-throughs and hands-on training to ensure competency âą Partner with clinical leadership to ensure training aligns with clinical standards and expectations âą Track and monitor training completion and employee readiness before they begin working with clients âą Provide ongoing support and follow-up training as needed post-onboarding âą Identify knowledge gaps and continuously improve training programs and processes âą Assist with onboarding coordination (documentation, scheduling, system setup) as needed âą Act as the primary point of contact for new hires during their onboarding and initial training period
âą 2+ years of experience in training, onboarding, or employee enablement (healthcare or ABA preferred) âą Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and train diverse teams âą Excellent communication and interpersonal skills âą Highly organized with strong attention to detail âą Comfortable using and training others on multiple systems and software âą Ability to simplify complex processes into clear, easy-to-understand training âą Proactive, patient, and supportive approach to training
