📋 Description

• Coordinate multiple property, construction, and maintenance projects simultaneously • Track project progress, deadlines, tasks, and outstanding items • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, property managers, clients, and internal teams • Follow up on outstanding work, quotes, materials, and project requirements • Assist with preparing and reviewing project estimates and cost information • Review project requirements and identify potential issues or delays • Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and schedules • Prioritise tasks and ensure urgent maintenance or project requirements are addressed promptly • Monitor project timelines and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders • Assist with coordinating maintenance requests and ensuring jobs are assigned and followed through to completion • Support project planning and administrative requirements • Identify potential problems and use critical thinking to determine appropriate solutions • Ensure projects remain organised and on track from initiation through completion • Provide regular updates on project status and outstanding actions

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in project coordination, property management, construction, maintenance, facilities management, or a similar environment • Strong organisational and administrative skills • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong attention to detail and follow-through • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities • Experience with estimating, quotations, costing, or project budgets • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong computer literacy and ability to work with project management and administrative systems • Ability to work independently while collaborating with contractors, clients, and internal teams • Availability to work US Hours (9am-5pm EST)
