📋 Description

• Manage and monitor candidates throughout the recruitment pipeline • Maintain accurate candidate profiles, contact details, notes and status updates in Salesforce • Monitor candidate progress and identify outstanding actions, delays or bottlenecks • Follow up with candidates and relevant stakeholders to keep recruitment processes moving • Coordinate candidate communication, follow-ups and next steps • Liaise with facilities and other relevant stakeholders to obtain updates, confirm information and resolve outstanding items • Support interview coordination and help ensure candidates are ready for the next stage • Conduct and coordinate candidate reference checks • Follow up with referees and relevant contacts to obtain outstanding feedback • Record reference outcomes and supporting information accurately • Escalate missing information, inconsistencies or concerns to the relevant team member • Use Salesforce and other recruitment systems to manage candidate information and track progress • Support recruitment administration, reporting and pipeline maintenance • Work towards agreed recruitment activity, sourcing, follow-up and interview targets • Monitor individual progress and outstanding tasks • Participate in regular team meetings, check-ins and performance discussions • Communicate progress, challenges and potential bottlenecks proactively • Collaborate with recruiters and other team members to achieve shared recruitment goals • Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and remain accountable for completing work to a high standard • Maintain accurate, organised candidate pipelines and provide clear visibility into candidate progress and outstanding actions

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, candidate sourcing or candidate pipeline management • Experience managing a high-volume candidate pipeline or coordinating multiple candidates and vacancies simultaneously • Familiarity with ATS, CRM, recruitment or candidate database systems • Experience using Salesforce is advantageous • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly • Strong computer literacy and confidence working across multiple digital platforms • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and time-management abilities • Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills • Comfortable working towards structured activity, sourcing and interview targets • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider team • Reliable, responsive and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership • Comfortable with regular team communication, performance monitoring and structured oversight • Resilient and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Comfortable working US business hours • Must be comfortable communicating confidently with American stakeholders • Friendly, personable and confident when communicating with candidates and stakeholders • Professional, well-spoken and well-presented • Energetic, proactive and solutions-oriented • Highly organised, consistent and detail-focused • Persistent with follow-ups without being pushy or unprofessional • Open to feedback, coaching and regular performance discussions • A team player who takes initiative and follows through on commitments
