📋 Description

‱ Coordinate and maintain client schedules, ensuring appropriate staffing and coverage for ABA services. ‱ Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, families, and providers regarding scheduling and service-related inquiries. ‱ Manage schedule changes, cancellations, and provider availability while minimizing service disruptions. ‱ Track and monitor cases to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of scheduling or service issues. ‱ Maintain accurate client records and documentation within company systems. ‱ Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth service delivery. ‱ Generate reports and assist with administrative projects as needed. ‱ Utilize scheduling and case management systems to support operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Previous experience in client-facing case coordination, scheduling, or healthcare operations. ‱ Professional demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skills. ‱ Preference for a more senior-level candidate with proven experience managing complex schedules and client relationships. ‱ Experience using CentralReach is strongly preferred. ‱ Working knowledge of CRM systems and case management software. ‱ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams). ‱ Experience using Monday.com or similar project management platforms. ‱ Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. ‱ Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems independently, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. ‱ - Preferred Qualities ‱ Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset. ‱ Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. ‱ Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. ‱ Dependable, organized, and highly accountable. ‱ Experience within the ABA, healthcare, or behavioral health industry is a plus.
