📋 Description

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, recruitment platforms, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels • Review applications and CVs against vacancy requirements • Conduct initial telephone and video screening interviews • Assess candidates based on experience, qualifications, communication skills, and suitability • Maintain active candidate pipelines for current and future vacancies • Communicate with candidates and provide timely recruitment updates • Follow up with candidates throughout each recruitment stage • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment information • Manage multiple candidates and vacancies simultaneously • Work with the wider recruitment team to understand hiring requirements and priorities • Screen candidates and match them to suitable opportunities • Assist with recruitment administration and other required tasks • Review CVs and one-way video interviews • Discuss candidates' experience, availability, earnings expectations, and roles • Support the candidate matching, interview preparation, interview facilitation, and feedback process

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience • Experience recruiting within healthcare, childcare, education, social care, or similar industries is advantageous • Strong understanding of professional communication and candidate screening • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Confidence conducting telephone and video interviews • Strong organisational and administrative skills • Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills • Comfortable using spreadsheets, ATS platforms, recruitment systems, and online sourcing tools • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to manage multiple candidates and vacancies simultaneously • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Professional, friendly, and approachable personality • Availability to work US Hours (9am–5pm EST) • Willingness to work as an independent contractor, including acceptance of hours, pay, and contract terms
