📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day operations of the TikTok Shop, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows • Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve sales, conversions, and customer experience • Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions independently • Coordinate product listings, inventory updates, and order management processes • Collaborate with marketing, content, and customer support teams to align on campaigns and promotions • Stay up to date with TikTok Shop trends, platform updates, and best practices • Develop and refine operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability • Take ownership of new initiatives and test innovative ideas to drive growth

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in eCommerce, marketplace operations, or a similar role • Strong independent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and implement new ideas • Experience managing complex workflows with minimal supervision • Comfortable working in fast-changing, ambiguous environments • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong communication and collaboration abilities • High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively • Experience working specifically with TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms • Familiarity with eCommerce tools, analytics platforms, and order management systems • Experience in a high-growth startup or rapidly evolving business environment • Adaptable and resilient in a constantly changing environment • Proactive and solutions-oriented • Efficient, resourceful, and self-directed • Strong work ethic with a bias toward action
