📋 Description

• Lead onboarding of new clients into Rex RealTrust systems and processes • Understand client workflows and align them with Rex RealTrust best practice • Partner with Trust Accountants and Property Management Assistants during onboarding • Act as primary relationship manager for assigned clients • Schedule regular client check-ins and conduct client visits where appropriate • Monitor service satisfaction and gather client feedback • Develop and deliver quarterly business review meetings • Partner with Team Leads to ensure Trust Accountants meet client expectations • Provide structured feedback and support quality assurance escalations • Identify capability gaps and training needs with the Training Manager • Deliver occasional group training sessions • Manage workload and portfolio allocation across operational teams • Facilitate regular team segment meetings to track performance and workforce effectiveness • Act as central feedback link between clients, operations and leadership • Escalate recurring issues and risks • Provide regular reporting on client health, risks and opportunities • Drive service improvements based on client satisfaction feedback and insights

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated commercial property management experience using Cirrus8 • Proven experience in both Commercial Property Management and Trust Accounting • Strong understanding of commercial property operations, trust accounting processes and industry legislation • Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Confidence leading client meetings, presentations and training sessions • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and client portfolios • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving ability • Commercial awareness and commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes
