📋 Description

• Execute annual customer business plans that deliver sales, share, profit, and customer performance objectives. • Build trusted relationships with Target buyers and stakeholders to identify growth opportunities. • Lead line reviews, assortment recommendations, and category growth initiatives. • Manage day-to-day account responsibilities, including forecasting and promotional planning. • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field. • 5+ years of sales, account management, category management, or customer-facing experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry preferred. • Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. • Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and influence without direct authority.
