• Customer service via WhatsApp and email • Scheduling occupational exams (pre-employment, periodic, termination and in-company) • Follow-up with partner clinics for confirmations, rescheduling and outstanding issues • Billing, verification and control of Occupational Health Certificates (ASOs) • Entering and updating information in the management system • Updating partner clinic records • Managing requests, preparing daily reports and participating in alignment meetings
• Experience with administrative routines, customer service or back-office operations • Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple tasks • Proactive and results-oriented • Strong written communication skills • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Excel or Google Sheets, and management systems • Experience in occupational health, HR or service companies is a plus
• 100% remote work (Monday to Friday — Part-time)
