• Updating data protection program management systems • Registering clients, documents, and policies • Handling data subject requests with quality and efficiency • Updating clients' control dashboards and preparing materials for Information Security Committee meetings • Attending meetings and preparing minutes for tracking electronic signatures • Supporting the preparation of documentation for tender/bid processes • Monitoring legal changes and proposing adjustments to policies and procedures • Reviewing compliance and anti-corruption clauses in supplier contracts • Assessing risks and proposing corrective measures • Organizing and documenting internal training sessions • Assisting in the development and implementation of compliance policies • Conducting due diligence on suppliers and partners
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office • Languages: Fluent Portuguese; knowledge of English and Spanish is a plus • Commitment to applicable regulations and legislation • Methodical, organized, discreet, and careful/detail-oriented profile • Availability to work remotely (home office) • Own laptop for professional use
