📋 Description
• Conduct the full recruitment and selection process • Post job openings, screen applicants, schedule interviews, provide feedback, conduct final interviews, and prepare reports • Source and select qualified candidates • Administer and evaluate skills and knowledge tests according to the job profile • Keep the interview pipeline updated in the system for different positions • Provide clear and objective feedback to candidates and hiring managers about the selection process
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in recruitment and selection for a variety of roles and profiles • Own remote work setup (computer, reliable internet connection, phone) • Familiarity with online recruitment platforms and tools • Ability to work autonomously and organize your workflow • Strong communication skills, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
