📋 Description

• Administer HubSpot, including cross-object workflows and automation • Manage custom objects and properties • Maintain data governance and data hygiene • Manage multi-pipeline ticketing and routing logic • Create custom reports and dashboards • Administer Zendesk • Take ownership of CX systems and processes • Work remotely for an international SaaS company

🎯 Requirements

• High school education • 5–10 years of professional experience is valued • Advanced/fluent English • Hands-on expertise in HubSpot administration • Experience with cross-object workflows and automation • Experience with custom objects and property management • Experience with data governance and data hygiene • Experience with multi-pipeline ticketing and routing logic • Experience with custom reporting and dashboards • Experience administering Zendesk • Candidates must currently reside in Brazil or Latin America • Brazilian professionals living in Europe are not eligible • Experience in SaaS, Customer Success Operations, or Revenue Operations is a plus • Proactive, self-motivated, curious, comfortable with ambiguity, and capable of taking ownership of systems and processes
