📋 Description

• Organize financial documents • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes • Enter and update financial information in company systems • Assist with financial reconciliations • Review documents and information • Organize payment receipts and supporting documentation • Assist in preparing and updating financial reports • Monitor financial transactions • Identify and report potential discrepancies • Update tasks and processes in the systems used • Organize information for BPO processes • Issue invoices • Work in the Finance department with supervision and guidance focused on professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a university degree • Monday to Friday, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. • Good communication skills • Commitment to meeting deadlines • Interest in developing a career in finance • Previous experience in finance is not required
