📋 Description

• Originate, qualify, and manage corporate transactions involving structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions, working directly with end borrowers and decision-makers • Identify working capital and corporate debt financing needs among companies with annual revenue exceeding BRL 15 million • Interpret projects and financing requirements • Maintain continuous origination activity, with a benchmark target of two structured contracts per week • Liaise with credit desks and investment committees to validate proposals • Manage corporate relationships with industrial companies and medium-sized and large enterprises

🎯 Requirements

• Established active portfolio and direct, demonstrable relationships with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of medium-sized and large companies with annual revenue above BRL 15 million • Practical knowledge of credit structures, FIDCs, asset managers, private funds, and institutional and federal funding programs, such as BNDES and equivalent institutions • Knowledge of financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering • Ability to interpret complex working capital and corporate debt projects and requirements • Proactive, commercially minded, results-oriented, operationally disciplined, and skilled in negotiation and closing • Highly senior commercial experience serving medium-sized and large companies (Middle Market and Large Corporate), with an active portfolio and established relationships in the industrial sector • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
