📋 Description

• Provide support to internal and external customers through the company’s official channels, working closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams • Execute customers’ monthly billing processes, including requesting and managing purchase orders (POs/FRs or similar) and uploading documents to portals in accordance with established schedules • Manage customer portals, ensuring that all contractual and financial information is rigorously kept up to date • Follow up on active support requests, document interaction histories, and manage Accounts Receivable/Billing inquiries • Continuously manage and organize certificates and supporting documentation • Provide operational support to the Financial Operations team

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, billing, accounts receivable, or customer-facing financial support • Experience with Salesforce, including creating and tracking cases • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and courteously with customers and internal stakeholders • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requests and deadlines • Knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets
