📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of international clients across different countries in Latin America • Act as the clients’ official and trusted point of contact • Monitor service health and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) • Track performance indicators and lead incident and problem resolution with technical teams • Capture clients’ business needs and objectives and translate them into structured requests for internal teams • Facilitate alignment between clients’ and internal technical and business teams • Ensure clear communication and alignment of expectations in Portuguese and Spanish • Track project deadlines, delivery milestones, maintenance windows, and alignment meetings • Coordinate teams across different time zones • Ensure services operate securely, with excellence and in compliance with local regulations, including BACEN, CMF, and SFC requirements • Support clients with strategic and conceptual guidance on Open ecosystems • Anticipate issues and take action to prevent service disruptions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Owner, Customer Success professional, Technical Account Manager, or in service management/delivery roles at B2B technology companies • Fluent Spanish, with the ability to lead meetings, negotiate scope, manage incidents, and communicate with clients and partners across Latin America • Professional experience with clients, projects, or business contexts in Latin American countries beyond Brazil • Familiarity with SLA management, service metric tracking, and conducting status meetings with clients • Assertive communication skills to manage expectations, negotiate deadlines, and translate technical language into a business context • Strong organizational skills to balance schedules across different accounts, time zones, and simultaneous priorities • Knowledge of Open Finance/Open Banking initiatives in more than one Latin American country and their regulatory differences • Knowledge of APIs, integration architecture, and security, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and mTLS • Experience managing managed services, platform operations, or complex B2B solutions, preferably in an international context • Functional English for technical reading and basic communication
