📋 Description

• Implement the ERP system for clients, both on-site and remotely. • Assist clients via phone calls and support tickets. • Create user manuals covering ERP functionality and usability. • Train colleagues within the department. • Support clients during the implementation of Iniflex. • Deliver an exceptional client experience and provide a welcoming, supportive service that promotes satisfaction and loyalty. • Bring innovative ideas and methodologies to support the company’s growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in finance and/or sales. • Experience with ERP software. • Strong computer skills. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to learn quickly. • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management Processes, or a related field. • Class B driver's license and access to a car. • Availability for frequent travel. • Experience in the plastics industry is a plus. • Experience with the Iniflex ERP system is a plus. • Intermediate to advanced Spanish is a plus. • Proactive approach.
