📋 Description

• Register, organize, and maintain customer contracts • Provide support to internal and external customers, answering questions and clarifying issues • Issue, monitor, and update payment slips in the company’s proprietary system and financial management platform • Generate and process payment slip files for bank submission • Reconcile bank return files • Analyze accounts receivable balances • Monitor overdue accounts • Identify doubtful debts and uncollectible amounts • Track customer advances

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field • Experience in customer service • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal communication skills • Knowledge of administrative and financial processes • Familiarity with customer service platforms and Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Calendar
