• Analyze and manage data for the Maintenance area. • Develop performance indicators (KPIs) and Power BI dashboards. • Consolidate, clean, and standardize data from various operational sources. • Analyze maintenance team performance (response time, rework, and efficiency in service authorizations). • Monitor maintenance costs and supplier contracts, identifying opportunities to reduce expenses. • Track parts indicators and SLAs. • Prepare management reports and analyses to support decision-making. • Support leadership with studies and insights focused on continuous improvement. • Transform data into strategic information to increase productivity and operational efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress. • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. • Basic mechanical knowledge. • Desired: Intermediate to advanced Power BI skills.
