📋 Description

• Recruit and select candidates for operational positions • Advertise job openings on appropriate channels, such as job boards, social networks, and specialized platforms • Conduct interviews in cities across the region, assessing candidates' technical and behavioral competencies • Provide ongoing candidate follow-up and feedback throughout the selection process • Prepare reports and provide updates on the progress of recruitment processes

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment and selection is preferred • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields is preferred • Knowledge of online recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred • Possession of a laptop and smartphone for conducting selection processes is preferred • Vehicle for travel is preferred • Good verbal and written communication skills • Active listening • Organizational skills • Results-oriented • Flexibility • Proactive
