📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for positions at various levels and across different sectors • Advertise job openings and screen resumes • Source and select qualified candidates according to the requirements of each opportunity • Schedule and conduct interviews • Administer and evaluate skills and knowledge assessments based on the requirements of each position • Conduct final interviews • Prepare recruitment process reports • Keep the interview workflow and candidate progress updated in the system • Provide clear and objective feedback to candidates and hiring managers • Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, ensuring that all stages remain organized and on track

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting and selecting candidates for a variety of roles and profiles • Schedule flexibility • Personal setup for remote work, including a computer, reliable internet connection, and phone • Must be able to issue invoices • Technical diploma or vocational qualification
